Powered by Saya, an intuitive in-app assistant, the app allows users to log their meals, menstrual cycles, movement, sleep patterns, and emotional well-being simply by speaking in their preferred language—supporting Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Hindi, Bengali, Gujarati, Marathi, and English. Instead of navigating rigid menus and complex manual entry forms, Saya accurately captures spoken entries, organizes the daily timeline, and synthesizes clear summaries whenever requested, providing an honest, reflective view of actual lifestyle patterns.
