In plain language
- We collect account, health, nutrition, voice and device data to run Saya — not to sell to advertisers or insurers.
- Reproductive and health data is treated as sensitive. It is never used for advertising.
- Voice audio is processed only with your specific consent, and retained for a limited period.
- You can export your data or delete your account from inside the app.
- Some processing uses third-party cloud and AI providers under contract. The categories are disclosed in the full policy.
- Saya is a wellness tool, not a hospital, doctor or contraceptive.
Security
Sensitive health values are encrypted at field level rather than relying on database-level protection alone. Access to production data is restricted and audited.

Your rights
You can access, correct, export and erase your data, withdraw consent, and raise a grievance. Export and account deletion are available in the app itself, not only by written request.
