Kel Mittr

Yourcompanion for everyday wellness”An assistant that listens and remembers what you logged.

Kel Mittr is a voice-first personal wellness companion designed to make daily health and lifestyle tracking effortless. Powered by its built-in assistant, Saya, the app lets you log meals, sleep, exercise, cycle changes, and symptoms simply by speaking naturally in your own language—with support for English and 9 major Indian languages (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, Malayalam, Gujarati, and Marathi). Tailored for Indian lifestyles with an extensive database of over 2,700 regional dishes, Kel Mittr turns everyday tracking into honest, grounded insights without guesswork. Whether you are managing irregular cycles, monitoring daily habits, or using features like on-device breathing checks and guided relaxation, Kel Mittr puts privacy first with end-to-end data encryption and complete adherence to India’s DPDP standards.

Kel Mittr · Saya

Saya listens in your language, and admits what it doesn’t know.

Most tracking apps ask you to search a database in English and pick the closest thing. Kel Mittr lets you say “two idlis and a chai” the way you would tell a friend — then shows a confirm card before anything is saved.

  • Speak, then confirm

Say what you ate the way you would tell a friend — mixed languages, regional dish names, vague quantities. Saya turns it into a clear card. Nothing is saved until you approve.

  • Ask Saya about your own day

Ask how you ate, slept, or moved — answers stay grounded in what you have actually logged, not a generic search result.

  • Cycle, pregnancy and after

A phase-aware diary that can continue through pregnancy and the weeks after. The app changes what it asks as your days change.

  • Notes you can take to a visit

Turn months of self-reported meals, habits and cycles into an organised summary — so you are not reconstructing a year from memory in the waiting room.

How we build

Claims you can check, not badges we awarded ourselves.

Reproductive and health data is among the most sensitive information a person holds. Rather than display certification marks we do not hold, here is what the software actually does — each one linking to the clause that commits us to it.

  • Personal logs are encrypted

Sensitive values are encrypted individually, not merely protected by the database sitting behind a firewall.

    Read the clause
  • Export and deletion are built in

You can take your data out or close your account from inside the app. Neither is a support-ticket favour.

    Read the clause
  • We do not sell health data

No sale to advertisers, brokers or insurers, and reproductive health data is never used to target you.

    Read the clause
  • Crisis phrases bypass the AI

Acute obstetric and mental-health language short-circuits the model and routes straight to help, in nine languages.
