In plain language
- Saya is a general wellness and self-tracking companion. It is not a hospital, clinic, laboratory, pharmacy or telemedicine service.
- It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, prognosis or treatment, and does not diagnose PCOS, endometriosis, PMDD, anaemia or thyroid disease.
- Saya is not a contraceptive and must not be relied on to prevent pregnancy.
- AI output can be wrong. It may mishear speech, misidentify foods, misattribute quantities, or miss clinical red flags.
- In an emergency — severe pain, heavy bleeding, suicidal thoughts, allergic reaction or a pregnancy emergency — contact emergency services or go to a hospital immediately.
- The Service is intended for users aged 18 or over.
